WORKING STEPS
Our 90m³ stationary concrete mixing plant efficiently produces high-quality concrete through a streamlined, simultaneous process
Aggregate Delivery: Proportioned aggregates are precisely transferred to the mixer via a hopper or belt conveyor.
Powder Integration: Cement and other powders are conveyed from the silo by screw conveyors, accurately weighed, and then discharged into the mixing console.
Liquid Addition: Water is pumped from the tank to its weighing hopper. Concurrently, additives are pumped and weighed into their hopper, then combined with the water before being discharged into the mixer.
Simultaneous Mixing: Powders, water, and additives are initially combined, followed by the aggregate. All components are thoroughly mixed in the console.
Once mixed, the fresh concrete is discharged directly into a concrete mixer truck for immediate transport to your construction site. Steps 1, 2, and 3 occur concurrently, significantly reducing production time and boosting project efficiency.
