The concrete mixer of this Hzs30 Concrete Batching Plant has a production capacity of 30 cubic meters per hour. The mixer motor has a power of 18.5 kW and uses a JS500 gearbox.

Hzs30 Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with one 100×250 cylinder. The two types of aggregates are crushed stone and river sand. The batching system is a PLD800 two-bin configuration, with the base of the batching bin made of 200# I-beam steel. The discharge is carried out by a 500 model conveyor belt.

The aggregate weighing capacity is 0.7 cubic meters, with four 1000 kg load cells. The cement and water weighing sensors are 500 kg each. The JS500 batching plant is equipped with a 30-ton large loader, which can meet the loading of aggregates. The conveyor belt transports the aggregates, making it more efficient. Compared to the bucket elevator system, it has higher efficiency and lower maintenance costs.
